We offer Pan-India delivery through our trusted logistics partners.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Charges
• FREE Shipping is available on all orders above ₹699
• For orders below ₹699, shipping charges will apply based on your region, state, and city

The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.


3. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched


4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, weather, and courier delays.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.


6. Delays & Missed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed or missed:

• We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly

If a delivery attempt fails multiple times due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. We’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery or refund (excluding applicable shipping charges).

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
